Bread-crumb seasoning coating
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- rosemary
- netmeg
- marjoram
- thyme
- sage
- parsley
- bread-crumbs (used white bread to make)
- egg (makes it stick to the meat)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F convection.
Prepare meats by dipping in beaten eggs, then into bread-crumb seasoning till crumbs are well distributed on meat. Then place on sheet coated with aluminum foil (add some oil on sheet to prevent meats from sticking).
Place prepared meats into oven after oven is preheated for about 30 minutes. Flip over to finish other side for another 10 minutes. Result should look like picture.
